In order to reduce the labor intensity, improve productivity, the resin sand molding line usually adopts vibrating table. Our factory can produce various types vibrating table(including three-dimension type, one-dimension type, rubber spring type, air-press spring, table lifting type and fixed type). It can be single used, also can be used in the molding line. The table size and bearing capacity is decided by client's work pieces. The Max capacity can reach at 5m*3m.

It is mainly composed of a working table, a base, vibration motor, air spring, a driving wheel, driven wheel, the exciting force of the vibrating motor, vibration tome on-site to determine, through the vibration of the motor vibration cause sand compactness.

Application:

It applies to the compaction of the resin sand, sodium silicate sand in molding &core making, iron shot shell molding, vacuum molding, foam molding.
