1) double arm conmntinuous resin sand mixer belongs to the single type sand and single mixer. Double arm resin sand mixer consists of level 1 Conveying stirred cage and level 2 Conveying stirred cage, which adopts low speed conveying and the mixer stirred cage adopts high speed mixing.

2) The mixer stirred cage adopts totally open type which is easy to clean and maintenance.  The hard alloy is welded on the blade with a using life more than 2000 hours.

3) The liquid material conveying valve adopts stainless steel tee liquid directional control valve, which can stop but can let the pump keep working.

4) The machine uses the PLC controlling system with good quality which can make sure 100% the working productivity of the machine.

5) The design of the product is advance and the outline structure is unique.
